Last year in May, we decided to surprise one of our good friends for his college graduation from a prestigious school of music. We were so excited to see him graduate and explore a new city!

We didn't have much time - we landed Friday evening, attended the graduation Saturday morning, and then explored the city on such a lovely spring day. The weather was incredible!

The cherry blossoms were beautiful along the historical and very old buildings like the churches and library in Boston.

Having a moment lol.
For dinner, we went to Top of the Hub for an amazing dinner and incredible views of Boston. It's at the top of the Prudential Center. I highly recommend getting the Clam Chowder.
With the graduate and his lovely family.
After dinner we went to a Newbury Street (really cute shopping area) for dessert and drinks.

On Sunday, we headed to Harvard University. It was beautiful and looked so rich in culture and history. I highly recommend paying a visit if you're in Boston!

Then we took a Duck tour and this was our first time taking a tour like this. The tour vehicle took us into the Charles River. Later we enjoyed walking through Boston Common. It was gorgeous!!! It almost made me cheat on my beloved San Francisco.
