A love letter to San Francisco

The City by the Bay
I don't think it's news to anyone that Alex and I love San Francisco and we would move here in a blink of an eye if we could.
My love for San Francisco began on the screen watching Full House and Mrs. Doubtfire. I have always wanted to go to San Francisco and see the Golden Gate Bridge. I wanted to drive from Los Angeles when we went a few years back but it seemed too short of a trip. Finally one summer, I convinced Alex to go.
We will never forget our first few hours in San Francisco. Oakland airport is not the most upbeat or welcoming site lol. Then we rode the BART to Mission and I almost regretted going to San Francisco. It was crazy. (10 things you MUST know about San Francisco)
After settling into our hotel, we used the Big Red Bus to tour San Fran. A little pricy but it was totally worth it to see the Golden Gate Bridge for the first time on a roofless double decker bus. The Golden Gate bridge took my breath away.  Like literally. The tour bus dropped us off at a viewing area. I was amazed at the size, grandeur, beauty, and realizing my dream that I could not stop crying. Yes, I said crying. It is hands down the most beautiful landmark I have ever seen. I don't think that I will ever stop admiring this bridge.

On the second trip, we went back to some of our favorite sites like Snow Garden, Painted Ladies, rode a tandem to the Golden Gate Bridge, and took our engagement pictures at the beautiful City hall.
Everywhere you look ........
On our third trip, I accompanied my sister and her boyfriend. It was so much fun to take my little sister around my favorite city like the tiled steps, Alamo Square Park, Golden Gate bridge, Baker's Beach, and Chinatown. I also saw new sites like Coit Tower and the Musical steps. There is so much to do in this city. Alex joined us later and we had a blast going to Napa Valley. (Guide to Napa Valley)
16th Street Tiled Steps
Coit Tower
The Full House house
Musical steps at Pier 39. Every time you step it makes a sound like a Piano!
The Rotunda is one of my favorite places to eat in San Francisco. Get the Afternoon Tea and thank me later!
I decided to surprise Alex for our anniversary by taking him to our favorite city. (Blog post coming soon!)

Enjoying dinner at my favorite Mexican Restaurant.
